Lindsey Pierce, CPA, is a Partner with Antares Group, Inc. Lindsey works closely with restaurant and business owners and specializes in business and tax consulting, financial analysis, restaurant valuations, and estate tax compliance and consulting. Lindsey earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Georgia, and now lives in Monroe, Ga., with her husband, Jay. She is a member of the AICPA and GSCPAs. Lindsey currently serves on the Board of Directors for Atlanta Ronald McDonald House, serving as treasurer, and is on the Executive Committee, Finance and Investment Committee, as well as the Planned Giving Committee. She is a past board member (president and treasurer, among other executive board positions) of the Monroe Junior Woman’s Club. Lindsey is a 2016 graduate of Upstream Academy’s Emerging Leaders Academy.

Prior to joining Antares Group, Lindsey was employed with BatesCarter, a CPA firm in Gainesville, Ga., where she was active in the Northeast Georgia Chapter of the GSCPAs Young CPAs.

Deanna Olton has spent the majority of her accounting career with Antares Group. She specializes in tax accounting and restaurant valuations and is a member of our Business and Tax Advisory Group. While she has a lifelong enjoyment of working with numbers, Deanna has always possessed a business mind as well, and is rewarded by her ability to help her clients see the bigger picture. In addition to her degree in accounting, she also holds a Master of Business Administration. She is a member of AICPA and the Georgia Society of CPAs. Deanna is a Brooklyn, N.Y., native and currently lives in Covington, Ga. Her free time involves soccer, reading and singing.

Francis “Frank” McLaughlin, CPA has more than 15 years of accounting experience. This experience ranges from being an assistant controller at a construction company, to working on audits of different industries, to auditing 401(k) plans, to working on consulting and planning with a hospitality and restaurant focus.

Frank enjoys the connection he has with his clients, discussing their business and personal goals and helping them build a strategic plan around accomplishing those goals. Be it personal, business, tax, reinvestment, acquisition, divesting planning, Frank is always working to ensure the best possible outcome. Frank is the Technology lead of the firm. Whether that is in cloud accounting, automation or data and insights, Frank is always looking for what’s next. Frank specializes in creating a holistic technology stack that helps our clients get more accurate information faster by enabling technology for team members to provide the best client service.

Recently, Frank has helped clients with over $100 million dollars in restaurant transactions. Utilizing all the knowledge Frank has at his disposal to ensure that his clients get the greatest value. Whether that is buying and ensuring continued financial success or selling and ensuring a successful divestiture or retirement.

Nina Daigle, CPA is a partner with Antares Group, Inc. Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Nina graduated with her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Binghamton University in New York. She and her husband now live in the suburbs of Atlanta and she has been a member of the firm for more than 13 years.

Nina specializes in business consulting, financial analysis, business valuations, tax compliance, personal financial consulting, succession planning, next generation planning, and sales and use taxes. Her industry niche and expertise is working with quick service and fine-dining restaurant owners.

Nina is also active in many professional and charitable organizations. She is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs, the AICPA and McDonald’s Hispanic Owners Association. She is a member of the Leadership Council of the Georgia Society of CPAs, and is Vice Chair of Phoenix Pass, a not-for-profit organization in Conyers, Ga. Nina was featured in a metro Atlanta magazine in 2019 for her efforts working with Phoenix Pass, which assists women with children who have experienced temporary homelessness to become self-sufficient.

Mark Kashgegian, CPA is the Leading Partner with the Antares Group, Inc. Mark has worked with restaurant owners and small business owners for more than 35 years. Mark’s focus has been with developing successful business strategies for his clients, including tax strategies, next generation and transitional planning strategies, business planning strategies as well as personal financial planning and retirement planning strategies. Mark’s passion is rooted in people development.

Mark co-founded a leadership development academy, which includes technical and soft skills training for the two accounting firms that he worked with throughout his professional career. Mark’s focus is in the development of the people he works alongside.

Trish Casdorph, CPA, was recently promoted to the position of Partner with Antares Group, Inc. Originally from Florida, she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University. She has worked in the income tax area for more than 20 years, in both the public accounting sector and private industry at a large publicly traded corporation. Trish specializes in federal and state income tax compliance. During her career she has worked in a multitude of industries for a variety of clients including Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, Not-for-profits, Medical Practices, Electric Utilities and Restaurants. She has also consulted and worked on complex M&A transactions, and process and systems implementation/automation projects. Trish and her husband now live in Newborn, Ga., where they enjoy traveling and spending time with their family and friends.

Rebecca Phillips is a Partner with Antares Group, Inc. Rebecca has more than 10 years of accounting and tax experience and has worked with a variety of businesses in many industries. Rebecca’s specialty is working alongside franchisees to help them grow and develop their businesses. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Georgia College & State University. Rebecca currently resides in Covington with her family.

Kristin Ward has worked with franchises, franchisees, and small business owners for more than 10 years. Her expertise is in back office solutions, sales and use tax, financial statements, payroll tax, and business consulting. She graduated in 2013 from Georgia Southwest State University with a degree in accounting and is our firm’s first recipient of the Amy Leah Williams Award in 2020. Kristin currently resides in Covington, Ga., with her husband and two children.
